FST Employees will remain home if they are ill, or if they have a household member who is ill
We ask that if a visitor is ill or has a household member who is ill to contact us so we may evaluate how to best serve your needs. We may ask visitors to complete a health screening questionnaire.
We request that attendance at closing be limited to essential/required parties.
For large closings we may conduct the closing in counterparts (buyers and sellers sign at separate times or in separate rooms).
Guests are encouraged to use hand sanitizer and/or wash hands upon arrival at our office.
Clients who are over 60 years of age or who have health risks as identified by the CDC are encouraged to meet with us privately, rather than in a group setting.
After each closing, frequently touched items such as door handles, tables, and chairs will be disinfected with a CDC approved disinfectant.
New pens will be provided at each closing and will not be reused.
Social distancing is encouraged – stay approximately six feet from others.
